FARGO, ND | 2024 GMC Sierra 1500June 4, 2026I called in for an appointment to get my oil changed, when I got there the service writer informed me that the service would take 11/2 to 2 hours because of the line of vehicles in front of me. In my mind that is why you schedule appointments to avoid going to the back of the line of non-scheduled vehicles. When I told the service writer that didn't make any sense, his reply was "THAT'S JUST THE WAY IT IS". As for the work that was done, I have no complaints. However if this is Gateway's policy on appointments, I'll be looking for a different service dept.Response from GATEWAY CADILLAC
